The Monitoring e-Skills Demand and Supply in Europe study is based on a study Contract between the European Commission, Enterprise and Industry Directorate General, and empirica GmbH. The implementation of the contract involves, besides empirica GmbH, as further service provider IDC EMEA and selected experts from the USA, Japan, India and China as national correspondents.
